How e-sports fit the framework
E-sports are organised competitive multiplayer games based exclusively on skill and recognised under the applicable sports framework. Registration with the Online Gaming Authority is required; tournament entry or registration fees and performance prizes can be allowed, while bets and wagers are not.

E-sport does not mean money game
Prize competition does not automatically make every service an online money game, but a money game is not eligible to be recognised or registered as an e-sport. Entry, reward and revenue mechanics must be examined.
