How We Review Apps, APKs and Online Gaming Claims

Our review process is designed to show both what is known and what remains unverified. We do not turn missing data into marketing claims.

Our eight-stage review

  1. 1

    Define the exact subject

Separate a keyword from a company, domain or package.

  2. 2

    Verify the operator

Check primary company and legal records.

  3. 3

    Verify distribution

Match official domain and app-store seller.

  4. 4

    Inspect APK identity

Record package, version, signer and hash when available.

  5. 5

    Review permissions

    Compare access with visible features.

  6. 6

    Review regulation

Use Government, Gazette, MeitY and PIB sources.

  7. 7

    Test claims

Reject unsupported “official”, “safe” and “approved” language.

  8. 8

    Record freshness

Publish a reviewed date and update material changes.

How we handle unknown information

We label it as unverified, explain why it matters and avoid filling schema, tables or copy with inferred values. A missing version number is preferable to a false one.

Commercial and CTA rule

Promotional links are disabled when a service is unknown or an online money game. Even for a permissible category, a CTA requires verified identity, lawful eligibility and truthful destination wording.
